With an extensive background in mergers and acqusitions, financing, general corporate law, and intellectual property. Of recent note, Rey spearheaded the acquisition of Vital Proteins by Nestle Health Science and has worked on national advertising campaigns with Vital Proteins and Jennifer Aniston.
